Please revise, seal, and date plans according to the requirements of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration.
2. Since the panel is being relocated directly adjacent to the service, the distance for Fault 2 is no longer 30'.
3. Fault calculations require panel to be rated 14K. Panel schedule specifies 10K. Please clarify and correct.
