1- Revise the proposed building minimum finished floor elevation to 2542.85' as required by Floodplain Use Permit #T09OT01433.
2- This project is required to submit two elevation certificates (El Cert's) as stated in Condition #5 of Floodplain Use Permit #T09OT01433. Ensure that a preslab El Cert is completed and submitted to the Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) before the slab is poured. Another El Cert is also required to be submitted to PDSD for the completed structure before the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
