The Electrical Plans have been denied for the following:

1.The building has an energized 800 amp service.which already has a grounding electrode system, in adding the one you show on sheet E-4, has consideration been take as to how the new 200 amp disconnects should be grounded as per the NEC 250. Show the existing and how the new grounding is to tie into the old.
2.Sheet E-4 on the one line diagram, the feeders shown from the new CT Can to the two 200 amp disconnects should show 4 #3/0,1#6 rather than 3 #3/0, 1#6.
3. Sheet E-3 lighting plan shows circuit B-20 feeding lights, the panel shows a spare.
4. Sheet E-3 cannot locate B-24, however a load is shown in panel.
5. Circuits B-34,36,and 38 are not shown on plan.
6. Sheet E-4, the circuits for B-25 and 27 are used twice.
7. Circuit numbers for water heater need to be written on sheet E-4.
