01/27/2009 DAVE MANN FIRE REVIEW Denied It appears there are no fire hydrants anywhere close to the new building. The Fire Department requires either a fire hydrant within 300' of all parts of the building, or installation of fire sprinklers. Please indicate on drawings how fire protection requirements will be satisfied.

The electrical plans have been denied for the following:
1. Per section 225-30 and 31 of the 2005 NEC, a main disconnect is required at the seperate structure. The panel would be allowed to have only six circuit breakers, the panel shown has more than six, therefore it requirs a main.
2.Section 250-32 of the NEC requires this structure to have it's own grounding system, include one in drawing and size.
3.Provide information on outside fixtures, cut sheet showing cut off, lamp type and lumen output. This is in order to verify compliance with City/County Outdoor Lighting ord # 10135.
4.Show location of existing 400 amp service, also provide load on this service and add new load to verify total.
