4. Provide a programmable thermostat for the rooftop unit per Section 503.2.4.1, IECC 2006.
5. Specify the minimum resistance (R-value) of the duct insulation to be used on this project. Reference: Section 503.2.7, IECC 2006, as amended by the City of Tucson.
6. Provide the installed weight of the rooftop equipment along with structural details and calculations to verify that the new roof is capable of supporting the dead load due to the installation of the roof top unit. Reference: Section 302.1, IMC 2006.
7. Condensate drains may not terminate at or over a plumbing vent. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2006, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 311.4, UPC 2006.
8. Provide calculations demonstrating adequate ventilation. Reference: Section 403.1, IMC 2006.
9. Provide information on the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fans to show that recirculation of the air from the restrooms will not occur. Reference: Section 403.2.1, IMC 2006.

The Site Plan (SP) and Drainage Statement (DS) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Site Plan:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the SP.
2. A site plan is required for all developments…….per D.S. 2-02.1.2. Provide a site plan w/ the building plans upon the re-submittal.
3. The site plan serves as a document on which conditions of development are recorded. The approved site plan is kept on file at the Development Services Department (DSD) as part of the permanent record for the subject site and is used as a comparison document when building plans are being reviewed. Any modifications to the approved site plan, which change the design, require a new review and approval. Certificate(s) of Occupancy will not be issued until the development of the site meets the conditions of the most currently approved site plan.
4. Adhere to Site Plan Content and Specifications per D.S. 2-02.0.0.
5. Please provide property description per D.S. 2-02.2.1.3.
6. Please label lot dimensions and bearings per D.S. 2-02.2.1.5
7. Label existing and future sight visibility triangles per D.S. 2-02.2.1.10.

Drainage Statement:

2. A Drainage Statement is a brief description of drainage conditions applicable for a site which are not affected by 100 year flows of 100 cfs, of more……per S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.2. The DS must be submitted along with the site plan and accepted with the approval of the grading plan.
3. The content and format of the Drainage Statement should follow S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.2.
4. Show the project address or administration address on the cover sheet of the DS.
5. If applicable, add the basin(s) maintenance responsibility note and checklist per S.M.D.D.F.M. 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2 to the DS.

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved development plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped development, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved site/development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
