COMMENTS: The following comments are for the purpose of applying for a variance before the Board of Adjustment.

The following comments are for an addition to a garage for a single-family residence (SFR) in the in the RX-2 zone (LUC Section 2.3.3.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "F" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.A) with a BB Perimeter Yard Indicator (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The minimum permitted driveway length is eighteen (18) feet LUC Section 3.2.6.5.B.2.a.1) from the property line to the front garage door. The proposed driveway length is ten (10) feet.
