Note 204 references installing a new 4' wide concrete sidewalk flush with the asphaltic paving connection all the accessible spaces. From inspection of aerial photos, this work has already been completed. Provide information (spot grades) confirming compliance with ICC/ANSI 403.3, slope requirements. 3. For existing areas now deemed as accessible routes, please provide spot grade elevations at all of these areas sufficient to show compliance with Sections 403.3 Accessible Route Slopes. 4. Note 207 refers to installing a new concrete sidewalk level change. Please provide a large scale detail of this sloped area showing compliance with Section 403.3 and/or if slope is proven to be more than 5% show detail compliance with section 405, Ramps. 5. There is a line drawn between the accessible route and the swimming pool wrought iron fence line. What is this area? 6. Note 204 references a new 4' wide side walk be extended from this line to the gate entrance of the pool. Please provide a large scale detail confirming what the material is (as requested in note 5 defined above), the new 4' wide concrete walkway and both slope compliance (spot grades) with Section 403.3. 7. Please confirm slope of exiting curved accessible route access to the West end of the marked crossing 8. Please provide slope compliance of new concrete marked crossing. 9. Please confirm connection of parking aisle/marked crossing to the Public Right of Way pedestrian way at Frontage Road. 10. The location of all Accessible Parking spaces are existing and acceptable. |
