Electrical Plans have been denied for the following items, address each individually and indicate how each has been addressed.

1. New Sheets have been introduced which were missing in the first review, now new Sheets R2a,r2b and R2c indicate changes which have not made to the existing Electrical Sheets. Sheet R2c introduces changes in Panel schedules for H3, H5 and P3 and P5. These changes are not noted on the E-Panel schedules.
2. New Sheet R2c shows a new panel H3, sheet E-6 only shows panels H3-1 and H3-2. New panel H3 on R2c sheet shows circuits for compressor racks C and D. In Sheet E-6 Panel H3-1 shows compressor rack C, and Panel H3-2 shows compressor rack D.
Note single line diagram does not show a Panel H3, only
H3-1 and H3-2.
3. Sheet E-1 shows Pnl P-2 as a two section panel, the panel schedule shows only one section panel.
4. Sheet E-1 shows Pnl P-1 a one section panel, Sheet E-6 shows a two section panel.

Building Plan (3rd Review)

TRANSMITTAL DATE: March 26, 2009

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning acknowledges that a revised development plan will be submitted. Until a revised development plan has been submitted and approved the Zoning Review section will not be able to approve the building plans. At the southwest corner of the proposed Receiving addition there is a pump room shown. This pump room is not shown on the approved development plan. If this pump room is to remain as part of this project a revised development plan is required.

3. On the approved development plan at the southwest corner of the proposed Receiving addition there was a required sidewalk shown between the proposed addition and the loading space, on the submitted building plans this sidewalk has been removed. The development plan and building plans should match. Until on or the other has been revised the building plan cannot be approved.

4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
