Provide upper terminal cleanouts on horizontal drainage pipes exceeding 5 feet in length (horizontal drain lines serving sinks require cleanouts regardless of length). Reference: Section 707.4, UPC 2006. 4. The Arizona State Food Code requires that utensils and food-contact surfaces shall be sanitized after cleaning. If the multiple-compartment sinks (E-22 and E-23) are being used for dishwashing, verify if a sanitizing compartment with an indirect connection will be required in addition to the directly-connected wash and rinse compartments. Reference: Sections 304.0 and 801.2.3, UPC 2006. 5. Provide reference copies of civil sheet C-1.6 for review of the coordination the storm drainage and sewer designs shown on sheets P-1.2. Reference: Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006. 6. Detail 2/P-2.3 shows a 3" trap connected to a 2" tailpiece for floor drain D-1. A trap may be no larger than one pipe size larger than the required tailpiece. Zoning acknowledges that a revised development plan will be submitted. Until a revised development plan has been submitted and approved the Zoning Review section will not be able to approve the building plans. At the southwest corner of the proposed Receiving addition there is a pump room shown. This pump room is not shown on the approved development plan. If this pump room is to remain as part of this project a revised development plan is required. 3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
