COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This site is located in the R-2 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.5.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The required setback for interior lot lines is the greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing the property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The required setback is six (6) feet to the north property line and the proposed setback is two (4) feet six (6) inches.
