2. Zoning cannot approve the tenant improvement plans until the shell building plan and the revised development plan have been approved.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped shell building plan and the revised development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

6. Resize the low pressure gas piping serving AC-7per Table 402.4(2), IFGC for the specified gas demand and developed length or provide calculations justifying the submitted pipe size. Reference: Section 402.3, IFGC 2006.
7. Provide a copy of the approved, underground plumbing plans (T08CM02990) for comparison with the proposed tenant improvement plumbing plans. Reference: Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006.
