COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).

The site plan is OK. The zoning is R-1 (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B). The Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). A DDO is required for both the East and West setbacks.

The required set back is the greater of six (6) feet or two thirds the height (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The height is twenty-five (25) feet. The required setback is 16.65 feet. The proposed setback to the is East 8.97 feet and to the is West 14.75 feet.
