Speedway Blvd. Site Plan - Revision TRANSMITTAL DATE: 12-03-09 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. This plan must be submitted and approved by the HPZ (Historic Preservation Zone) before approval by the zoning department will be granted. 2. Provide on the site plan the future and existing sight visibility triangles for both entrances to this site. 3. Per DS 2-09.3.2 Pedestrian Sidewalks. The bicycle access through the development will be separate from pedestrian ways. The location of the class two bicycle parking spaces does not meet this requirement. A relocation of the bicycle parking is required or a DSMR (Development Standards Modification Request) is required. If DSMR is approved for this project, please add the DSMR number, date of approval, what the DSMR is for and any conditions of approval on the site plan. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call Terry Stevens, (520) 837-4961 C:\planning\cdrc\DSD\T08CM03258.doc RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Revised site plan and additional requested documents |

12/07/2009 | JASON GREEN | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | All field revisions have been corrected and/or addded to the plan set per review with the Eng Field Inspector. However the revised plan set must include the sight visiblity triangles at all PAAL entrances as shown on the last approved plan set. Once the new revised sets get stamped approved they become the last approved plan for Record keeping purposes and must have all information per Development Standards 2-02. Once correction is made the plan set can be walked through the counter for stamped aprpoval. Please make arrangements in advance to ensure that I am available prior to coming down, 837-4929.
