Engineering recommends conditional approval with the following conditions: SITE PLAN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1) A grading permit application is required. 2) Submit drainage statement. 3) It is recommended that the grading plan sheet be revised prior to resubmittal of grading permit application, to revise interceptor swale grades and spot elevations along north side of proposed structure to provide positive gradient away from house per geotechnical report. For resubmittal, please provide the grading permit application, 2 copies of the site plans, 2 copies of the sealed grading plans, with supporting documents including drainage statement, a copy of the geotechnical report, floodplain use permit application if applicable, response letter, and any other supporting documentation.
