Site Plan Ok. DDO required for proposed (Constructed without permits) wrap around porch structure. Street perimeter building setback required is based on the greatest of 20 feet or one and one-half the height of the structure. Minimum building setback based on the height of the wall adjacent to the street perimeter is 20 feet. The owner has constructed the structure 12 an one half feet from the property line.

In addition to the DDO the owner must also obtain a building permit for the 480 sq. ft porch constructed to the rear SFR, a permit for the 790 sq. ft. carport/ramada, and a permit for the accessory shed structure 209 sq ft.
