The Electrical plans have been denied for the following,

1.Sheet E-5, key note 5, the conductors run from the 400 A switch at the SES to the the wire way show 350 MCM conductors proceted at 400 A , should be 350 A per NEC 310-16. Please verify.
2. Sheet E-5, shows only one conduit run from wireway to disconnects B and C, will the same conduit also carry the load back to the wireway thur thru to the panel? If so a reduction in ampacity would be required,please verify.
3. Sheet E-5, the fault current for panels B and C are above 10 KAIC,please indicate on panels.
