TRANSMITTAL DATE: November 7, 2008

The building & site plan have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

Zoning cannot approve the building site plan until a grading plan has been approved by COT Development Services. Contact Development Services Engineering Section for residential grading plan requirements. In most cases the site plan can be used for both site and grading.

Provide the zoning for all adjacent parcels on the plan.

Zoning will re-review the building & site plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped grading plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
