Therefore the lease agreement provided indicating leasing 125 parking spaces cannot be approved by the City of Tucson. Provide a revised development plan for the Park Place Mall showing the required number of extra parking spaces available for lease or show how this project will work without leasing parking spaces from Park Place Mall. Remove leased parking spaces from plan. 2. DS 2-02.2.1.12 Provide the width of the proposed sidewalks in front of the new building on the site plan. Minimum width of 4' is required.
