Sheet E-4 does not show a panel C on one line diagram,however sheet E-3 shows panel C with circuits in it. 5.Panel B-3 circuit 34 is shown on panel to go to TMB, on Sheet E-1 it is used as a kitchen receptacle. 6.Sheet E-2 found circuits C-1,3,5,7, no panel C on service. 7.Sheet E-2 shows circuits for fixtures going to panel HA which is 277/480 volts and all fixtures on fixture schedule are shown as 120 volts. 8. Will require information on dental chairs in order to determine loads to circuits B-5,7,9,11. 9.Sign circuit not provided for.
