Sarnoff Dr. Site Plan TRANSMITTAL DATE: 1/08/09 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. A special application has been submitted for this site for a Wash Overlay review. Add the case number near the lower right hand corner of all pages. In the notes provide the case number, date of approval and any conditions of approval for the overlay. 2. Per LUC 3.3.4 a Drop-off area: Two (2) lanes, minimum four (4) parallel stalls on inside lane is required for a educational use. Per a determination by the zoning administrator four parallel stalls with a six (6) foot sidewalk adjacent to the parking spaces is allowed. Signage shall be provided that designates these parking spaces as Passenger Drop-Off Areas only. The indicated four (4) foot sidewalk along the north side of the building does not meet this requirement. Clearly indicate the required signage. 3. These comments are minor in nature and can be reviewed over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
