1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved development plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped development, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved site/development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

The information shall, as a minimum, include U-factors of the envelope systems and fenestration components (Do the windows really have a U-value of 4? What is the U-value and the SHGC for the glass block?), along with the R-values of the insulation. Note that the provided calculations are for Pima, Arizona, which is a small town northwest of Safford, Arizona. Use "Pima County < 4,000 feet". Reference: Section 101.4, International Energy Conservation Code 2006.
2. Clarify the nature of FC-1; does it have a horizontal discharge per the equipment schedule or does it have a vertical discharge as shown on the floor plan and detail 102/M-2. Reference: Section 304.1, IMC 2006.
3. Show how the plenum under FC-1 is to be constructed. Reference: Section 602.2, IMC 2006.
4. Clarify how the secondary condensate drain for FC-1 will be installed. Detail 102/M-2 shows a water level detection device per Section 307.2.3 (4) but detail 208/P2.1 shows a secondary condensate drain connecting to the primary condensate drain in violation of Section 307.2.3, IMC 2006.
5. Revise details 106 and 108 on sheet M-3 as required, showing how they are to be installed on the roof being provided by the architect: clay tile with a 12:5 slope. Reference: Sections 106.3.1 and 304.1, IMC 2006.
