2. Correct the room areas used for the outside air calculations and see Section 403.2.3, IMC 2006 for calculation of the common ventilation system requirements.
3. Revise the schedule for the fan coils to include their operating weight and the external static pressure at their operating point. Reference: Section 106.3.1, IMC 2006.
4. The shell drawings for this building used a maximum operating weight of 45 pounds for the fan coils serving the first floor of the building. The specified fan coils appear to have an operating weight closer to 120 pounds; provide structural calculations and architectural details showing how the fan coils are to be supported from the structure. Reference: Section 302.1, IMC 2006.
5. Assuming that the condensate drain pan shown in the "condensate piping at unit detail" is the internal drain pan for the unit, connected to the primary condensate drain, clarify how the "secondary discharge to drain pan" in the "air handler unit detail" complies with the requirements of Section 307.2.3 IMC 2006.
6. Provide information to show how the condensate drains serving multiple fan coils have been sized. Reference: Section 307.2.2, IMC 2006, as amended by the City of Tucson.
