TRANSMITTAL DATE: August 11, 2008

1. The Cell Tower plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning acknowledges receipt of the approved Special Exception but was not able to find any documentation that approved the Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone. Zoning cannot approve the cell tower plan until documentation approving the Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone has been provided.

3. Zoning will re-review the Cell Tower plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved Special Exception process and Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
