The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. A revised site plan is required for the removal of the four (4) parking spaces and installation of the loading dock. At that time provide revised parking calculations that show the proposed RETAIL TRADE USE GROUP, Furniture, Carpet, or Appliance Store use and how it meets the vehicle parking requirements of LUC Section 3.3.4. Please refer to the email dated 08/13/2008 from Wayne Bogdan. 3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the revised approved and stamped site plan.
