IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Please clarify the location of the service equipment. On the line diagram Page 3, the label "Main Switchgear", the presence of the Grounding Electrode Conductor, and the note "From TEP" describe a system where the actual Service Disconnecting Means is in the enclosure "Main Switchgear". According to the layout on Page A 4, the switchgear is on the other side of the wall from the Service Main.
2. If the Electrical Service Disconnecting Means is on the building exterior, that is, not within the Main Switchgear inside, the Grounding Electrode Conductor would articulate there, not inside. See NEC Article 250.
3. If the Electrical Service Disconnecting Means is on the building exterior, please provide for the placards required by NEC 690.56 (B). Provide the exact wording.
4. Demonstrate compliance with NEC 690.64 (B) (2) at the Main Switchgear. Reference Page 3. This is not possible to evaluate without seeing the rating of the overcurrent protection for the Main Switchgear.
5. Specify the conduit which runs from the J-box to the Inverter. Since this runs inside of the building before encountering its Disconnecting Means, it must comply with the Exception to 690.14 (C). conduit shall be metallic per 690.31 (E).
