A DDO is required for the setback along the north property line. The zone for the adjacent property to the north is O-3. The required setback equals the height (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The building's height facing the north property line is seven feet three inches (7'-3") and that equals the required setback. The proposed setback is three feet eight inches (3'-8"). |
