1.The shell drawings do not show a second panel (E) for this space.The one line drawing only shows one panel (D) for this space. Provide a one line drawing showing new Panel E, the size of conductors and conduit size going to the panel. Also show the new total load caculation for the service.
2. Panel D shows for phase a-60 amps (7119 va)
phase b-36 amps (4351 va)
phase c-18 amps (2176 va) ,
balance the loads to where you will not have one leg carrying much more than the others.

3.Same case applies with PANEL E, phase a-128 amps,phase b 114 amps,phase c 95 amps.

Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, states that a notation shall be placed beneath the seal, either written, typed, or electronically generated, that provides the day, month, and year of the expiration of current registration. (Effective March 8, 2008).
2. Provide plumbing plans for the new work, including water isometrics and waste and vent isometrics. Reference: Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006.
3. Show that adequate combustion air is being provided for the water heater. Reference: Section 507, UPC 2006.
4. Provide a detail of the water heater installation, including the valves, flue size, flue height, and flue termination. Reference: Sections 103.2.3, 605.5, 608.3, and 608.7 UPC 2006.
5. Provide the manufacturer's listing information that shows that the specified water heater is capable of supplying the hot water demand calculated per Section A 2.1 and footnote 3, Table A-2, UPC 2006.
6. Appliances (e.g. ice makers, dishwashers, etc) to be directly connected to the water supply system that do not have listed, integral backflow preventers or integral air gaps conforming to Table 6-3, UPC 2006 require backflow prevention. Reference: Sections 602.3, 603.0, and Table 6-2, UPC 2006.
7. Provide water pressure and water pipe sizing calculations. Include all fixtures when calculating the total demand and determining pipe sizes. Reference: Section 610.1, UPC 2006.

11. Provide a direct waste connection for the wash and rinse sections of the 3-compartment sink, with an indirect connection for the sanitizing compartment only. Reference: Sections 304.0 and 801.2.3, UPC 2006.
12. Provide a vent to protect the grease trap from siphonage and back-pressure. Reference: Sections 1002.1 and 1014.2.3, UPC 2006.
13. Provide listing information to show that the specified grease interceptor complies with the requirements of Section 1014.0, UPC 2006.
14. Specify the materials to be used for the gas piping. Reference: Section 1209.5, UPC 2006.
