The code schedule at the front of the plan states that the 2006 UPC is to be used. Clarify which code is to be used. 2. The building numbers noted on the plan do not match up with the way the buildings are numbered in the field. Match the plan numbers with the on site building numbers. 3. See detail 2 on sheet P1.2. Reference: 909.1 and 909.1.1 2006 IPC. Wet venting is limited to any combination of fixtures within two bathroom groups located on the same floor. By this definition, a kitchen sink is not included in fixtures which may be wet vented. 4. The revised scupper detail (2/A4.2) now indicates an overflow weir that is only 3 in opening height; the minimum opening height is 4 per Section 1107.3, IPC 2006. |
