Per DS 2-02.2.1.2, please provide a legal description for the site. 2. Per DS 2-02.2.1.4, please revise location map on sheet 1 to a scale of 3" = 1 mile and include 1st Street, Forgeus Ave, and Tucson Blvd. 3. Per DS 2-02.2.1.9, regarding bicycle parking: A) please provide a bicycle parking detail - sheet x1.2 as referenced, is missing 4. Per DS 2-02.2.1.12, for pedestrian access A) per DS 3-08.3.1, provide pedestrian access to dumpster, ensure composition is concrete and physically separated where not crossing vehicular area, per DS 2-08.5.1.C. 5. Per DS 2-02.2.1.20, provide communication from TEP of intention to record depicted easement as is, or provide recorded easement docket/page on plan. 6.
