SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed building plan for the above referenced property. Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the building plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Building Plan:

1. Submit floodplain use permit #T08OT01312 along with necessary documentation for review. Including cost estimate for improvement. Need breakdown of cost for material and labor to complete project. See prior enclosed sample of acceptable cost estimate.

2. Unable to approve building plan - until floodplain use permit has been approved.
