IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Revise the font size used on the drawings to a minimum of 1/8-inch (all upper case). Reference Section 106.1.1, IBC 2006.
2. Provide conductor size. Ckt MDP-8.
3. Provide GFCI protection for vending circuits P1-11, P1-13, and P3-21. Reference NEC 422.51.
4. Water Heater Ckt P1-5 is overcurrent protected by a 25A CB, not 30A. Reference NEC 422.11 (E) (3).
5. Provide electrical load on panel schedule for Ckt P3-24 Door Operator.
6. Sheet E-1, Keynote 2. There is no NEC Table 250.94 in the 2005 code. It's Table 250.66.
7. Secondary of the 112.5 KVA transformer is undersized per NEC 240.21 (C) (6) (2). No rounding up, per NEC 240.21 (C).
8. Please provide a fully-sized IG on the transformer secondary.
9. Since the 2-sets of 4/0 were oversized between the 400A replacement CB and the Main Switch 250' away, the #3 GND also must be proportionally oversized per NEC 250.122 (B).
10. Show fault calculations and available fault current at new equipment. Do not leave this up to the Contractor. For example, it appears that there are greater than 14KA available at Panel L. If series ratings are to be allowed, specify line side and load side overcurrent protective devices, and their respective ratings.
