The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal. 3. Zoning acknowledges that per your response letter dated June 16, 2008 that an approved site plan was attached. Zoning was not able to locate the attached approved site plan. Based on information available for Site Plan review #T08CM00528 the site plan for this project has not been approved at this time. Once the site plan under T08CM00528 has been approved and two (2) copies of the stamped approved site plans have been attached to the building plan sets zoning can review the building plan. 4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
