The provided site plan does not match the last approved site plan. If a re-strip is proposed then a site review is required. Provide a site plan that meets the minimum requirements of D.S. 2-02.0 and submit for site review. 3. There appears to be a large discrepancy between the number of vehicle parking spaces shown on the last approved site plan and what is proposed. Also there where two (2) loading spaces shown on the last approved site plan not shown on the provided plan. 4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
