Revise the label for the trash enclosure on the landscape plan to meet this standard. 2. A street landscape border, per Sec. 3.7.2.4 of the LUC, is a landscape area running the full length of the street property line(s) bounding the site except for points of ingress-egress. The area between the private driveway/ PAAL and the paved access for trash trucks is not used for either vehicular or pedestrian access and must be landscaped. Revise plans to show landscaping and irrigation within the triangular-shaped area to the east of the trash truck access and immediately south of the pedestrian sidewalk which accesses the trash enclosure. It is recommended that the entire area between this pedestrian sidewalk and the street property line and between the PAAL and the trash truck access be landscaped to make up for nearly 50 percent of the street frontage of the site being paved for access points. 3. The vehicle parking space adjacent to the trash receptacle must be screened from the Belleview Street right-of-way. Label on the landscape plan the required 30-inch high screen. LUC Table 3.7.2-I 4. In the landscape calculations on sheet L-1 revise the information which states "Street Landscape Border (east side)..." to read "Interior Landscape Border (east side)...". |
