The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning acknowledges the receipt of the approved development plan. The approved development plan shows a 60' x 80' proposed building with a future expansion of 60' x 40'. The building plan shows a 60' x 100' which differs from the development plan. A revised development plan is required prior to approval of the building plan. Zoning may be able to approve the building plan but hold the certificate of occupancy until the development plan has been revised. Contact Patricia Gehlen @ 837-4919 in regards to this issue. 3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
