4. It does not seem likely that the utility, TEP, would give the customer the available fault current at the service entrance. For a 208/120V, 3000A service the utility publishes 75,100A at the secondary of the utility transformer, with the guidance that the utility should be consulted as to whether the transformer will be sized to serve more than one customer.
