Your response refers to possible special permission being issued for the prior 3 services to one location, which I am not aware of, however to obtain special permission again, would require you to go through an appeal to the Building Official. The form for this may be obtained thur our office. Once filled and submitted to the building Official he approves or disapproves. The question of the additional 4th service was shown to our Electrical Plans Examiner prior to making the call in order to verify my call .
