This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC). 2. The area proposed for accessible vehicle parking spaces and access aisles must have some type of stabilized finish, i.e. asphalt paving, concrete, compacted decomposed granite. The stabilized area will need to include one vehicle parking space to the west of the western most accessible vehicle parking space. 3. Demonstrate how a handicapped person will gain access to the existing sidewalk from the accessible vehicle parking space access aisles. 4. Provide accessible signage for all accessible vehicle parking spaces. Provide a detail on the plan. 5. Per D.S. 3-05.2.3.C.2 provide a dimension for the location of the proposed wheel stops. 6. Provide the angle dimension for the angled parking. 7. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on how each comment has been addressed.
