COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.


1. The following comments have not been addressed.

Clearly indicate the new private access easement on the site plan with recording docket and page.

The new water easement indicated on the north property is not called out as a water line easement on the site plan with recording docket and page. A water line extends from the west end of the water line easement southward to the south property. This will require a change to the water line easement.

A 20' Pvt Drainage and Access easement is indicated north of the north building. Clarify if this easement is to be abandoned, if so provide docket and page recording information. The indicated recording information is incorrect per submitted documents.

2. These comments are minor in nature and can be reviewed over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
