A 20' Pvt Drainage and Access easement is indicated north of the north building. Clarify if this easement is to be abandoned, if so provide docket and page recording information. The indicated recording information is incorrect per submitted documents. 2. These comments are minor in nature and can be reviewed over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
