RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Site Plan and Drainage Statement.

The Site Plan (SP) and Drainage Statement (DS) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Site Plan:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the SP.
2. Show refuse container location, size, and access thereto fully dimensioned per D.S. 2-02.2.1.32 and D.S. 6-01.0. It appears that the refuse enclosure does not meet minimum requirements. The Site plan and Grading plan do not match each other for the refuse enclosure. The refuse enclosure must have a "clear area" of 10'x10' from side to side and from back to front. Revise as required.

Drainage Statement:
1. The DS has been accepted for site plan purposes.

Revise height of screen wall on the site and landscape plans. Revise plant material used within SVT, Cassia nemophila will grow in excess of 3' Lantana (gold mound) would be an acceptable substitute.
