Document Water Heater on Plumbing plans. 3. There are (2) Panel Bs on the Single Line Diagram. 4. It appears that "Other Loads" on Panel B total 23.4 KVA, not 11.88. Final panel loading is understated. 5. There is a note by the Single Line Diagram which directs the Contractor to disconnect original loads and serve from New Panel B. It is not clear on the plans or panel schedule how this is to be done. It appears that there are 105A unaccounted-for. Please clarify. 6. Since TEP does not publish fault current data for overhead single-phase services, please add the following note to the plans: "Contractor shall provide TEP available fault current before final electrical clearance." |
