This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance. 2. Zoning acknowledges the approved Design Development Option (DDO). Once all review comments from all DSD agencies have been addressed the site plan will need to be stamped by the DDO section, Frank Podgorski, prior to approval by zoning. 3. Per D.S. 2-09.5.1.A As the bicycle parking spaces have been relocated adjacent to a retaining wall with a 42" barricade railing provide the required thirty (30) dimension between the bicycle rack and any wall or parallel obstruction on the detail. 4. Under "NOTES AND CALCULATIONS" the building square footage called out under "BUILDING AREA" and the "TOTAL BUILDING AREA" under the loading spaces calculation is not correct. 5. Sheet 2 of 8 there is a keynote 10 pointing to the center of the north wall of the proposed building, please clarify as it appears that the bicycle parking has been relocate. 6. Zoning is willing to provide an over-the-counter review once the above comments are addressed. Call or email to schedule an appointment.
