1. On Panel Schedule IA-22, and 1A-24, please remove the word "EQUIP ROOM' from the description. This is for the elevator cab, per Keynotes 2 and 3 on Sheet E5.1 and NEC 620.22.
2. Provide a disconnecting means for the Elevator Sump Pump.
3. Please specify that elevator pit and machine room receptacles are GFCI protected. Contractors are starting to dispute this item in the field.
4. Elevator equipment room lighting and receptacle not in compliance with NEC 620.23. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE FIRST SUBMITTAL. Please reinstate receptacle in Elevator Equipment Room, reference NEC 620.23(C). Fixture BE in Elevator Equipment Room should be on receptacle circuit, reference 620.23 (A), not on 1A-3. Add switch in Elevator Equipment Room, reference NEC 620.23 (B).
5. On the Lumen Calculations for Parcel 3, there are a total of 108,000 + 7400 new mean lumens for this 0.94 acre site. So this WOULD require a Special Inspection. However, please note that if there are only 2 new 250W HPS fixtures to be installed in this parcel as seen in the "QTY" column, then the total becomes 54,000 + 7400 = 61,000. Please clarify.
