Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, states that a notation shall be placed beneath the seal, either written, typed, or electronically generated, that provides the day, month, and year of the expiration of current registration. (Effective March 8, 2008)
2. Provide a cleanout for the horizontal drain (UG) for P-11 (room 239). Reference: Section 707.4, UPC 2006.
3. Clarify the model of water cooler specified (Elkay EFRC-8) and how it relates to the depiction of the unit on the floor plans and riser diagrams. Reference: Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006 and Section 1109.5, IBC 2006.
4. Show how the temperature of the hot water supply to the public lavatories is controlled. Reference: Section 413.1, UPC 2006 and Section 504.3, IECC 2006.
5. Keynotes 53, 54, and 55 on sheet P1.1 identify an overflow drain from an interior water feature. Only rainwater may be discharged at the curb face; connect the overflow to the sanitary drain system. Reference: Section 304.0, UPC 2006.
6. The elevator sump pump may not discharge to grade but must discharge to the sanitary sewer by way of a sand/oil separator. Reference: Sections 304.0, 805.0, and 1009.0, UPC 2006.

1. Circuit IA-28,30, as shown on E3.1, only powers electrical loads on Ckt 28. Please clarify.
2. There are two receptacles, one in the pit, and one in the elevator equipment room, on Ckts 28 and 30 respectively, no panel. Please clarify.
3. Ckt IA-28, as shown on the panel schedule, appears to violate the separate branch circuit requirement for the pit in NEC 620.24 (A) because of the receptacle in the equipment room on Ckt 28.
4. Elevator is 20HP per E3.1, and 25 HP on line diagram E5.1.
5. Elevator equipment room lighting and receptacle not in compliance with NEC 620.23.
6. Please correct the designation "2B-5,7" on Sheet E2.2 to read "2B-3,5,7."
7. Please allocate electrical load for Water Feature. Ckt 1A-40,42.
8. Please correct the designation "2A-19,21,25" on Sheet E3.2 to read "2A-19,21,23."
9. Provide GFCI protected outlets for the vending machines per NEC 422.51, as appropriate.

14. Please specify the Main Bonding Jumper size on the Single Line Diagram as 200 MCM. Reference NEC 250.28 (D).
15. Please provide a maintenance receptacle within 25' of HP-3. Reference NEC 210.63.
16. Fill in the electrical load on the panel schedule for HP-7.
17. The 90A CB on Ckt AC-2,4,6 is too large for Ground Fault and Short Circuit Protection, and for the size of the conductor.
18. On the HVAC Power Plan, please correct "1Ø" to read "3Ø."
19. The 70A CB on Ckt AC-14,16,18 is too large for Ground Fault and Short Circuit Protection. Please correct here and all others which may apply.
20. Provide fault current rating of service disconnect switch.
21. It appears that Fault #4 is aprox. 13,603A, not 103,518A.
22. It appears that Panel 2A is 45' from the service, not 110'. So the AFC is very close to 22K. Please revisit this.
23. Provide fault calculations for Panels AC and ACA.
24. Demonstrate compliance with the 2006 IECC.
25. Demonstrate compliance with Tucson Lighting Code.
26. Please make it absolutely clear that all work in patient care areas shall comply with NEC 517.13. Suggest an additional note on the power plans.
