Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the site plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the site plan. Site Plan: Show the future sight visibility triangles along with the existing sight visibility triangles. The future triangles should be aligned with the future curb location which is nine feet from the edge of the future right-of-way. List the estimate cut and fill quantities for this project as indicated in the previous review. Show the drainage patterns for the roof of the modular building.
