Engineering Division recommends approval of the site plan application at this time. 1) Review and approval from TDOT Permits and Codes for all improvements within the public right-of-way will be required. A right-of-way use permit application will be required prior to construction. GRADING PLAN: 2) DS Sec.11-01.2.1: A grading permit application (T08BU00855) has been applied for on this project and comments/approval will be provided under separate letter. 3) Please ensure that any future grading plan will be consistent with the site plan and Drainage Report. Grading standards may be accessed at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/DevStandsTOC.pdf 4) Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) requirements are applicable to this project. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and text addressing stormwater controls for all areas affected by construction activities related to this development have been submitted and will be reviewed with the grading plan submittal.
