The following issues must be addressed: 1) A wall has been constructed in the right of way. Contact and obtain permission from TDOT to keep the wall as is, likely with a Temporary Revocable Easement. 2) Per City and County records, an expansion has been made to the kitchen of the residence without permits. Obtain permit as a part of the course of work. 3) The shed in the rear yard, on the east side of the site straddling the lot line, belongs to the neighbor to the east. The shed is to be relocated fully on the neighbor's property, 3' from the common property line - with a written advisement from Mr. Renteria stating a 3' setback is consented to. Provide the written agreement - AND photographic evidence that the shed has been relocated. 4) Obtain a DDO for the reduced setback for the porch and the carport 17'9" from the street front property line. 5) zoning can approve the plans once the above has been done. 6) contact Heather Thrall or David Rivera 837-4951 or 4957. |
