Show the revision symbol next to the proposed extruded curb and fence near the wash. 3. Clarify what is proposed outside the area labeled "end fence" along the northern, southern and western parcel lines. 4. Ensure that the proposed gates will be opened for trash collection service. 5. The line labeled "disturbed area" does not indicate if the disturbance is proposed east or west of the line. Clarify. 6. Will the extruded curb, along the eastern bank of the wash, have opening to accommodate drainage? Clarify and show the details on the plan. 7. Although the curb details, on Sheet 2/2, are labeled "extruded curb", the details are showing the standard vertical curb. Revise the details. 8. Revise General Note #17 to read as follows: CALL FOR SWPPP INSPECTION AND PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETINGS. FOR A PDSD ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS, CALL IVR (740-6970), OR SCHEDULE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT, OR CONTACT DSD ENGINEERING AT 791-5550 EXTENSION 2101, OR SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS ONLINE AT: http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/inspections. 9. Revise in the, General Notes, all references to "Development Services Department" and "DSD" to "Planning and Development Services Department" and "PDSD". 10. Add a note or show in a typical detail that proposed cut or fill slopes shall be set back at least 2' from the parcel line. 11. Provide a detailed response letter with the next submittal that explains how the comments were addressed and references the exact locations/sheets where the revisions were made.
