A revised drainage report demonstrating balanced basin detention is required. Until the drainage report is reviewed and approved, additional site and grading plan comments should be expected. The site and grading plans must be revised as necessary to provide for adequate detention. 2. The actual physical location and extent of the water lines and other utilities must be presented on the site plan, especially if their location impacts the detention or water harvesting facilities. 3. The site and grading plans must show enough grade date to demonstrate the functionality of the water harvesting areas along the east property line. Provide sections through the boundaries to show how the grades will be achieved. 4. Show the locations of electrical service boxes associated with the street lights as well as any other right-of-way facilities that might affect the project.
