SUMMARY: The associated Grading Plans for Buildings #1, 2, & 3 for Pads 2, 3, & 4, copy of the approved Tentative Plat/Development Plan, one copy of the approved grading plans, were reviewed by Engineering. Engineering has reviewed the associated grading for sheets C2.0, C3.0, C4.0, & C4.1 and does not recommend approval of the grading plan at this time.

GRADING PERMIT COMMENTS:
1) If remaining 3 pads are not to be graded to FPE and developed for a building construction, then show permanent control for erosion stabilization for each pad, on planview or with details/notes.
2) On sheet C3.0, address the following comments:
a) Provide as-built spot elevations on rear side of north wall.
3) Assure all items listed in the punchlist for T08BU00687 have been completed. Specifically, the following will be inspected:
a) Discharge area for rear swale constructed to outfall to the north.
b) Basin, for visual percolation.
4) Basin showed virtually little to no percolation from rain event ending 5JAN09. Basin function must be achieved prior to final approval of this grading plan. Obtain EOR recommendations for mitigating basin infiltration issues. Dry wells and scarification will not be accepted. Propose remediation measures and discuss with DSD Engineering Reviewer.
5) Provide DSMR for dumpster per Environmental Services for the Buffalo Wings dumpster enclosure.
6) Assure any remaining fees are paid.
7) On sheet C4.0 address the following comments:
a) For section detail A, clarify 50-ft W.A.S.H. Study Area.
8) Label DSMR reference for detail 16 on sheet C4.1.
